This class covers the structure of both legacy and updated CORES (Commission Registration System) and how to register and obtain an FRN (FCC Registration Number).

Upon completion, someone taking this class should understand what an FRN is and what a CORES account is, as well as how to create a CORES account, how to create and associate FRNs with an account, and how to manage CORES account access.
